Terminology

In the following paragraphs, the words, “we” and “us” will refer to Citywide Thread Co. The words “customer” will be referring to the person who made the purchase or the person that received the purchase. Words like “product”, “item”, “order” will refer to anything purchased through Citywide Thread Co.

Domestic shipping

Currently, Citywide Thread Co. only ships within the United States. Unless otherwise stated, orders using standard shipping are currently shipping out 3-5 business days after they were placed.

returns & exchanges

If you don’t absolutely love your order, send it back for a return or an exchange. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. We want you to have the best experience possible, but we are still a small business and have some limitations. We offer no fee returns and exchanges up to 30 days after order. After 30 days, we cannot accept the item back. The items must be in unworn and unwashed original condition with any tags still attached and in original packaging when applicable. The customer will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once the item has been accepted by us, we will ship the new item back to you free of charge unless otherwise stated. damaged or faulty goods

We personally inspect every item before it ships out, but if you receive an order that is damaged or faulty in some way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out right here.

Lost or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments

If your package is lost or stolen after it ships, Citywide will not be held responsible for replacing those orders. Customers are also responsible for correctly providing the shipping address.
